Adoption Voices

Dillon International is very pleased to announce that Debbie Wynne, M.S. Ed., LCPAA, became our new Director of Texas Adoptions on a part-time basis effective October 16, 2008.  In addition, Bobbie J. Hale, LMSW, who has been a contract home study provider with Dillon since 1998, joined the Dillon TX Office as the Assistant Director.  Both ladies will oversee all adoptions for Dillon International in Texas.  We think you will be very pleased with the level of adoption expertise both Debbie and Bobbie have to offer to Texas families as well as their commitment to maintain the same level of confidentiality and care for families that you have come to expect.

Photos and bios on both Debbie and Bobbie will be posted here soon, so that Texas families can get more acquainted with our new staff.

Representatives of Buckner Foster Care and Adoption, a non-profit Christian agency, will provide information and answer questions about its programs to provide safe and loving home environments for vulnerable children through foster care, foster-to-adopt and Texas Waiting Children adoption programs.

            A representative of Dillon International, a licensed, non-profit adoption and humanitarian aid agency that is affiliated with Dallas-based Buckner International, will give an overview of its international adoption programs in China, Korea, India, Haiti and Hong Kong, plus upcoming opportunities in Ghana and Nepal. Adoption programs in Ethiopia, Russia and Honduras, available through Buckner Adoption and Maternity Services, will also be discussed.
